Job Description:
Planisware project and resource management business analyst
This role we will the dual responsibilities of serving as the business analyst in the defining and creating algorithm in the Planisware parametric estimation module using the Max-Min methodology along with the resource forecast analysis, interpretation, and maintenance for the functions.
The role will serve as the business analyst, UAT scripter, and adoption support for the enhancement work.
Requires Planisware work breakdown structure experience.
The role will work closely with Planisware developer in the configuration and serve as a coordinator with the informatics and Planisware users.
The role will help with the routine monitoring and running of operational data quality checks in support of the project managers.
The role will assist in the management and maintenance of the people table module.
Serves as the Planisware business analyst for the process improvement and system enhancements.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry with demonstrated experience in managing and supporting project planning and collaborations tools.
Project Management experience with a high-level understanding of the best scheduling and reporting practices to support projects and portfolio decisions.
Demonstrated ability to implement established Project Management methodologies and enterprise systems.
Experience leading and working within global multifunctional project teams to establish and implement process change and/or develop deploy software solutions.
Demonstrated ability to effectively prepare, delivery role-based business process training.
Experience leading in a matrix environment and collaborating across multiple business units.
Cogent and persuasive writing and presentation skills
Approaches change with an open mind and proactively seeks the opinions of others.
Technical aptitude for enterprise tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Planisware
Required/Preferred Education and Licenses
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, operations, math, or healthcare related discipline
