Northeast Regional Sales Manager

Our client, a medical device manufacturer, has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list for fastest-growing companies in the U.S. for two consecutive years! We're aiming for more than 10x growth by 2025 and are looking for an experienced Medical Device Sales Manager to lead a team of direct sales representatives in our Northeast Region and help drive this expansion.
Duties And Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Ensuring standardization and continuity throughout the region.

Exceeding monthly performance standards set by the National Sales Director.

Identifying and retaining top talent to successfully grow the sales team.
-
Exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
-
Building strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), key strategic customers, and the domestic sales team.
-
Assisting in development and growth within IDN Systems and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs).
-
Leading and developing the team consistent with our client's C4 Values (Care, Collaborate, Challenge & Create).

A minimum of 60% overnight travel is required (3 nights per week).
Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Candidates should possess:
-
A minimum of two full years of experience in medical device sales management.
-
Experience working in a fast-growth company or division.
-
Proficiency in navigating and obtaining the Value Analysis Committee (VAC) process, and experience selling into the Operating Room (OR).

Experience managing at least 5 direct reports.
-
A proven positive track record of exceeding quota during tenure as a sales representative.
-
A Bachelor's degree.

Annual Salary: $130,000 base + $105,000 variable = $235,000 total compensation.
