🚀 Sales Manager – Bioprocessing | Cambridge, UK

 

BioTalent have teamed up with an exciting biotech start-up who are on their search for a Sales Manager to join an ambitious, fast-moving team in Cambridge and help expand our reach across the UK and Europe. You’ll be a key part of inside sales strategy, building customer relationships and driving revenue growth in the biopharma sector.

 

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Build and qualify a strong pipeline of leads alongside Sales & Marketing
  • Implement smart, automated prospecting strategies that deliver results
  • Drive engagement through personalised outreach and compelling sales pitches
  • Use Hubspot to manage and track leads through the funnel
  • Gather and share customer feedback to shape future product development
  • Represent the company at industry events and meetings (~30% travel)

 

🔍 What We’re Looking For

  • A life sciences background – ideally in biology, biochemistry, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of protein assay instrumentation in bioprocessing
  • 3+ years of proven inside sales success within life science tools or reagents
  • Based in (or able to relocate to) Cambridge, UK
