Our global client is looking for a Medical Affairs consultant to join for an initial 6 month contract, working fully remote, 4-5 days a week, based in either the UK, Switzerland or New York. After the 6 month contract the role will either be extended or you would be offered a permanent contract.

Role Description:

• Develop and implement comprehensive Medical Affairs functional strategies aligned with organizational objectives and therapeutic area priorities
• Lead capability assessments to identify gaps and opportunities within Medical Affairs teams and processes
• Design and execute organizational transformation initiatives to enhance Medical Affairs effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration
• Drive strategic planning for Medical Affairs infrastructure, talent development, and operational excellence
