BioTalent are partnering with globally leading biologics CDMO to support with the development of their Process Development division. We are currently looking for a Lead Scientist with expertise within Biologics USP Development, particularly with expertise in the utilisation of microbioreactor systems for industrial applications.

- The opportunity to develop new processes for a variety of projects in a versatile environment, building expertise with specialised instrumentation.
You will be responsible for
- Working closely with Ambr250 systems to establish new processes, parameters, and workflows
- Identifying and assessing new innovative technologies for high throughout models of biologics development and production
- Utilising high-throughput systems for the development of small scale and scale-down models
- Working closely to Technical Directors and Principal Scientists to support the delivery, assessment, and review of complex projects
You will bring the following
- A Bachelors or Masters degree (or higher) in a relevant Life Science subject e.g. Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Bioprocessing.
- A strong understanding of biologics process development in an industrial environment utilising high throughput systems, including the Ambr250 specifically
- Experience and a proven track record of leading technology projects for innovation
