Your responsibilities:
- You will be leading the production & process team
- You will be tasked with identifying and implementing optimization projects
- In charge of scheduling, quality & cost planning in relation to in-house engineering projects in context to optimising existing production facilities, associated infrastructure, capacity expansions and construction of facilities.
- Evaluating suitable equipment & suppliers as well as preparing technical documents to coordination to GMP.
- In charge of systems testing & handover of plants to internal clients.
What you will bring:
- Degree in technical studies or equivalent training
- 5+ years specific professional experience in Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industry
- Experience implementing complex change processes & software solution
- Experience in Six Sigma/ Lean Green or Black Belt
- Fluent in both German & English
