BioTalent are partnered with an exciting and quickly growing microbiome company based in Copenhagen to support the hire of a Head of CMC with expertise in progressing the development of microbial products in line with industrial regulations.

This role will offer you:
- The chance to lead the development, implementation and execution of CMC strategy whilst growing the CMC division within the company
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the strategy and execution of CMC filings such as IND, IMPD and CTA documentation.
- Performing data reviews and gap analysis to ensure sufficient and accurate data for CMC for progression.
- Making key hires within the division to support the growth and excellence of the team, whilst directing and leading the group.
- Ensuring alignment with key regulatory requirements.
You will bring the following:
- A BSc or higher academic certificate within a relevant life science subject e.g. Microbiology, Biochemical Engineering, Cellular Biology, Biotechnology.
- Proven experience within CMC activities for a microbial therapeutic, microbiome or donor derived technology, with a track record of success and exposure to a range of CMC challenges.
- Experience building and leading a team within CMC, bringing an agile mindset and the ability to influence others.
