As an EHS Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, protecting the environment, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting in developing and implementing EHS programs, policies, and procedures to foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading all actions relating to risk assessment and prevention
• Propose improvement actions
• Provide daily field HSE support
• Check the application of HSE rules and contribute to developing the safety culture
• Carry out HSE audits
• Contribute to monitoring the interventions of external companies
• Raise awareness and train employees on HSE issues

You will bring the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
• Proven experience in EHS roles within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry
• Fluency in French
