We’re looking for a Director of Product Management to lead strategy and execution for a next-gen portfolio of medical device hardware and services. This high-impact, cross-functional role involves product leadership, regulatory insight, and a deep understanding of both technology and patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Define and execute product strategy across hardware and digital health services

🔹 Lead product lifecycle: concept, clinical validation, regulatory approval, launch, and post-market support

🔹 Partner with engineering, clinical, regulatory, and quality teams to drive execution

🔹 Ensure compliance with global standards (FDA, CE, ISO 13485)

🔹 Build relationships with healthcare stakeholders, partners, and industry leaders

🔹 Support open-source integration with an eye on IP, cybersecurity, and regulatory governance

🔹 Create clear, compliant product documentation and user guidance

Background Experience:

✔ Bachelor's or higher level degree with at least 7-10+ years of relevant experience

✔ Proven experience in product management within medical devices

✔ Strong grasp of regulatory and quality frameworks (FDA, CE, ISO 13485)

✔ Experience launching products in regulated environments

✔ Familiarity with open-source software, hardware, or data-sharing models

✔ Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership skills

✔ Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, life sciences, or related field

✔ Passion for innovation and improving healthcare at scale
