​Job Summary:

The Director of Market Access and Pricing will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic plans to secure market access and optimal pricing for our oncology pipeline in the US market. You will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our therapies reach the patients who need them most.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive market access and pricing strategies for our oncology pipeline, considering payer landscape, value proposition, and competitor analysis.

  • Lead the development of payer value propositions, cost-effectiveness analyses, and other materials to support reimbursement submissions.

  • Manage and negotiate pricing and reimbursement with private and public payers.

  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Commercial teams to ensure market access considerations are integrated throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Stay up-to-date on the evolving US healthcare landscape, including reimbursement policies, regulations, and payer trends.

  • Lead and manage a team of Market Access professionals.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, policymakers, and patient advocacy groups.

  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate market access risks and ensure timely commercialization of our therapies.

Qualifications:

  • PhD, PharmD, MBA, or equivalent degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration).

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in market access and pricing, preferably within the oncology space.

  • Proven track record of successfully securing market access and achieving favorable reimbursement for oncology products in the US.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with market access data analysis and modeling.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Deep understanding of the US healthcare system, payer landscape, and reimbursement policies.
