Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager - CV

Purpose of the Job:

Your role will involve planning, developing, and coordinating all technical and promotional activities related to product marketing. The ultimate goal is to achieve annual and long-term sales and profit objectives.

Key Result Areas:

  1. Preparation and Implementation of Marketing Plan:

    • Develop an annual marketing plan for assigned products in line with company guidelines.
    • Contribute to the company's 5-year business plan.
    • Enhance marketing effectiveness through creative omnichannel campaigns.
    • Analyze marketing and sales developments against agreed plans.
    • Monitor profit performance and recommend corrective actions.
  2. Product and Market Intelligence:

    • Maintain expertise in product, therapy, and disease knowledge.
    • Stay informed about competitive developments.
    • Analyze sales promotion activities of competitive products.
    • Provide information to management and sales teams.
  3. Promotional Material:

    • Propose, create, and implement promotional actions aligned with the marketing plan.
    • Conduct pre-testing of strategies and materials where necessary.
    • Present promotional plans to the sales force.
    • Coordinate production of sales promotional material.
    • Ensure compliance with promotional material release procedures and legal requirements.
  4. Support to Sales Force and Field Feedback:

    • Provide logistic support to the sales force with marketing strategies and materials.
    • Ensure availability of planned material for sales force use.
    • Present and sell promotional strategies to the sales force.
    • Conduct field visits to evaluate implementation of marketing plans.
    • Maintain close links with sales staff and target audiences.
    • Participate in training courses to educate the sales force.
  5. New Products:

    • Conduct market research activities.
    • Coordinate pre-marketing activities.
    • Produce preliminary marketing plans.

Accountabilities:

  • Design plans to maximize sales and profit growth.
  • Contribute to the annual budget compilation.
  • Maintain marketing expenses within approved budgets.
  • Ensure all agreed marketing activities are undertaken to meet objectives.
  • Organize and maintain efficient data information systems.
  • Maintain product, therapy, and disease knowledge.
  • Assist in evaluating new business opportunities.

Profile:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field; or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
  • Fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
  • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
  • Proven track record in Marketing and product launches.
  • Commercial experience is essential.
  • Proactive with strong communication and social skills.
  • Ability to work in and lead cross-functional teams.
