Talent AI Bootcamp
We will also be running a Talent AI Bootcamp at this event, from 9am-12pm on 10th March. This is an interactive session designed to help biopharma organisations navigate AI implementation and workforce planning.
The first half covers the theoretical framework and models for assessing which roles should be automated or digitalised and identifying required AI skills. In the second half, participants apply these tools to their own organisations through live case studies and calculations, leaving with a self-evaluated roadmap for their workforce transformation.
If you'd like to learn more or get involved, please contact Dr Jason Beckwith, Vice President of Talent Science & Thought Leadership at BioTalent, who will be running the session.
