We are hiring a full-time Senior or Staff level Software Engineer for a Medical Device company focusing on the development of Spinal Surgery Robotics. This will be the first U.S. Software Lead and must be based 100% on-site in Dallas, TX (relocation assistance offered.) Candidates must have expertise in C++ development within the Medical Device industry to be considered.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on C++ development.
• Proficiency in Qt framework and GUI development.
• Experience in developing software for medical devices, preferably in surgical robotics.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and working in regulated environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex, real-time systems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with medical device standards and regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304) is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
