Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job description

Introduction

Join a rapidly growing HealthTech organisation at the forefront of AI-driven communication in healthcare. This company is reimagining how clinics and providers engage with patients—using cutting-edge voice, language, and automation technologies to eliminate administrative bottlenecks and ensure every patient is heard.

This is an opportunity to be part of a mission-led, engineering-driven team building high-performance, generative AI systems that power the future of healthcare operations.

This Will Offer You

  • A chance to help solve one of healthcare’s biggest operational challenges through advanced AI.
  • An early-stage environment with strong product-market fit and growing enterprise traction.
  • Collaboration with a founding team of experienced clinicians and AI engineers.
  • Exposure to complex, real-world problems in generative AI, voice infrastructure, and system scalability.
  • Competitive compensation and the chance to shape both the product and company foundations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and scale full-stack systems integrating AI agents into healthcare environments.
  • Deploy and optimise generative AI systems for real-time, voice-based workflows in clinical operations.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, product, and engineering teams to define scalable architecture and drive system reliability.
  • Lead technical initiatives ensuring compliance, data security, and exceptional performance.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and end-user experience.

You Will Bring

  • 3–6 years’ full-stack engineering experience in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL.
  • Proven experience building scalable, production-grade systems in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong architectural judgment and ability to work across the stack with autonomy.
  • Experience (or interest) in AI/ML, generative models, or conversational technologies.
  • Startup mindset — proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in healthcare tech, conversational AI, or real-time communication platforms.
  • Familiarity with LLM integration, voice infrastructure, or healthcare interoperability systems.
