Job description
BioTalent are working with a global pharmaceutical company to search for a Senior Scientist supporting Tech Transfer for the Cell Culture and Fermentation Sciences department. As Senior Scientist, you will be working closely with process development, manufacturing, external CMOs and QA teams to ensure appropriate scale up and transfer of clinical and commercial upstream processes to GMP manufacturing production.

You will be responsible for:
- Being the Upstream Tech Transfer representative. You will work on generation of tech transfer documentation, technical collaboration with external CMOs, performance analysis and interpretation, investigation support.
- Writing technical reports and delivering these back in presentations to various stakeholders.
- Contribute to the improvement of tech transfer business processes through idea generation and implementation activities.
You will bring the following:
- Degree or PhD in a relevant field along with Upstream Processing experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Prior experience working on Tech Transfer / manufacturing projects is essential.
