BioTalent are pleased to be working with a biotechnology company specializing in the research, discovery, and development of therapies in oncology, autoimmune disease, and pain management. They have developed their own proprietary technology that has introduced a disease-centric approach to treating various diseases. They are looking to bring someone on as a Senior Research Officer specialising in PK-Bioanalysis Assay research and development.

This role will offer you

You will be responsible for

• Create, develop, and adapt bioanalytical methods for preclinical and clinical pharmacokinetics (PK) and immunogenicity assessment for the company’s proprietary platform.

• Perform method technology transfer and qualification/validation.

• Provide management of bioanalytical activities outsourced to CROs.

• Troubleshoot PK and ADA challenges in-house.

• To support pharmacokinetic, PK/PD and exploratory toxicokinetic studies.

• Support daily laboratory operations as required.

• Collaborate with various groups to understand assay requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

• Evaluate external developments in the area of bioanalytical development and DMPK.

You will bring the following

• PhD in a relevant discipline with at least 3 years of industrial experience; or MSc with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

• Hands-on experience in developing and validating immunoassays for pharmacokinetic and immunogenicity assessment of therapeutic proteins.

• Good knowledge of regulatory guidance such as US FDA, EMA and ICH.
