BioTalent are partnered with a global biopharmaceutical company to support the hire of a Senior Process Engineer based in Wrexham County/Chester area. In this role you will support the implementation and qualification of biologics DS/DP manufacturing processes.

This role will offer you

• The chance to lead and oversee successful GMP compliant introduction and qualification of DS/DP manufacturing processes acting as a process owner, whilst supporting technology transfer and continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for

• Ensuring equipment utilised in manufacturing processes is in line with regulatory and process requirements, and assisting with key process designs for capital projects.
• Managing continuous improvement projects by identifying opportunities for innovation and developing strong relationships with external technical resources
• Supporting inbound Technology Transfers of established manufacturing processes.
• Designing, optimising and implementing manufacturing processes whilst maintaining GMP and quality standards.

You will bring the following

• A degree or higher in a relevant Life Science/Engineering subject e.g. Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Bioprocessing, Biotechnology.
• Industrial experience within a biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• A working understanding of process/equipment implementation, qualification and GMP compliance.
