Senior Lean & Continuous Improvement Leader

Location: Wexford, Ireland (on-site, full-time)
Salary: Competitive base + bonus + LTI (relocation supported)

The Opportunity

This newly created leadership role will shape the site’s Lean deployment roadmap and embed a culture of Continuous Improvement across manufacturing and supporting functions. You’ll work closely with site leadership and global peers to identify waste, optimise flow, and standardise performance.

The role offers high visibility at both site and corporate level, ideal for someone who thrives on data, enjoys influencing change, and wants to make a tangible impact on performance and culture.


Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the site Lean/CI strategy aligned with global frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end transformation projects across manufacturing and business processes.
• Apply structured problem-solving and value stream mapping to deliver measurable results.
• Implement tiered daily management and visual performance systems.
• Facilitate Kaizen events that achieve immediate, sustainable improvements.
• Deliver Lean and CI training (6S, SMED, OEE, Standard Work, etc.) and mentor site teams.
• Drive measurable impact in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity (SQDCP).
• Collaborate with global CI peers to align standards and share best practices.
• Support site leaders with data-driven decision-making frameworks.


About You

• 10+ years of manufacturing or industrial experience with a strong record in Lean/CI leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements (e.g., % cost, yield, or efficiency gains).
• Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred).
• Clear, concise communicator who can engage both executives and shop-floor teams.
• Hands-on, data-driven, and approachable leadership style.
• Experience working in large, complex manufacturing environments.
• Open to relocation or commuting to Wexford for a full-time on-site position.
