BioTalent is collaborating with a leading life sciences organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining hygiene and contamination control strategies across cleanroom operations. 

You’ll act as the process owner for cleanroom hygiene, lead GMP cleaning coordination, oversee related audits, and ensure cross-functional alignment with QA, production, EHS, and engineering teams. This is a blended role that would suit production, documentation and shop floor hands-on experience. The role is supporting of regulatory compliance and manufacturing excellence in a cutting-edge facility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing GMP cleaning protocols and cleanroom readiness

• Training staff on cleanroom behaviour and hygiene best practices

• Coordinating hygiene measures during technical upgrades or changes

• Ensuring availability of hygiene materials and supplies

• Acting as hygiene SME during audits/inspections

Your profile:

• Cleanroom and GMP experience

• Fluent in German (English a plus)

• Vocational training or equivalent experience

• Proactive, structured, and self-driven
