QA Specialist – Munich

BioTalent is partnered with a global leader in genomic services to support the hire of a QA Specialist with expertise in quality and environmental management within a laboratory setting.

This role will offer you:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain quality and environmental systems (ISO17025, ISO14001, GCLP).
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities.
• Develop SOPs, training, and continuous improvement measures.
• Act as Health & Safety officer and support ESG initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• MSc or higher in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Hands-on lab experience (DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, NGS).
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems.
• Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in staff training/supervision and health & safety practices.
