BioTalent are currently supporting a Global Pharmaceutical company to find a Medical Director for their Cardiovascular portfolio.

The role is permanent, full time and offer a hybrid working model in Bavaria.

Responsibilities Include

• Provide medical content for best-in-class marketing materials to meet customer needs.
• Development of Medical narratives for all materials, working in close cooperation with Medical Affairs and Commercial.
• Oversight of the scientific communication plan of events.
• Provide customer insights by staying on top of the competitive landscape.
• Working closely with market insights to analyse business intelligence platforms.
• Developing Medical Communications strategy by leveraging discussions to help develop content for all target channels.

Requirements Include

• Scientific educational background
• At least 5 years working as an MSL, Medical Advisor or Medical Manager within the field of cardiovascular disease.
• Experience in customer experience management and building relationships
• Digital/Medical communication skills
• English fluency
