12 Month contract (expenses paid) - Permanent Role likely toward EOY 2023

BioTalent is collaborating with a Big Biopharmaceutical manufacturer on a 12 month contract position for a Maintenance Department Leader / Head of Manufacturing. This position is likely to move into a permanent Director level role upon completion of the contract, once the organization has headcount for the role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the maintenance engineering department onsite - reporting to the Site Senior Leadership team
• Manage the team of maintenance professionals - providing day to day support and upskilling
• Be responsible for delivering the site maintenance plan
• Support the implementation of a new CMMS

Requirements:

•  Previous experience in a highly regulated manufacturing sector
• 7+ years of experience in maintenance or related roles
• Experience managing a Maintenance Engineering team
• Senior stakeholder management experience
• English Speaking (French is desirable)
• Experience with a CMMS
