I am on the search for a Laboratory Operations Manager for one of out leading biopharmaceutical clients who are dedicated to developing innovative therapies to improve patient outcomes.

As a Laboratory Operations Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of scientists and lab technicians in managing projects for the structural and physicochemical characterisation of biotherapeutics.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing a team of talented scientists.
• Overseeing projects for comprehensive characterisation using various chromatographic methods, capillary electrophoresis, and other advanced techniques.
• Developing, optimising, and validating methods in a GMP environment.
• Evaluating analysis results and preparing detailed reports.
• Managing projects to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints, coordinating resources across sites.
• Documenting and testing work, adhering to GMP standards.
• Driving the development of new analyses and service products

You will bring the following:

• You must be English and German speaking
• Experienced in protein analytics, HPLC, capillary electrophoreses, glycogenolysis
• Previous experience in a leadership position in a GMP environment
