Key Account Manager – Oncology | Austria | Field-Based

An innovative, international biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Key Account Manager to join its dynamic oncology team in Austria. This is a field-based position requiring around 50–60% travel.

Working within a high-performing cross-functional team, you’ll play a critical role in delivering meaningful outcomes for patients by supporting access to life-changing oncology treatments. You will engage deeply with healthcare professionals, understand local challenges, and develop tailored account strategies to improve patient care. Your ability to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders and influence across the healthcare landscape will be essential.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in haematology/oncology sales or key account management, a track record of driving growth, and fluency in German and English. Confidence in using multichannel tools and remote engagement technologies is crucial in this hybrid role.

You’ll work closely with medical, market access, and marketing teams to deliver impactful educational initiatives and peer-to-peer programs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strategic mindset, operational excellence, and strong communication skills to make a significant impact in oncology care across Austria.

A degree in life sciences or healthcare is preferred, and a full driving license is required.
