HR Coordinator
Job description
BioTalent has teamed up with a global specialty pharmaceutical company based in Slough who are dedicated to transforming the lives of patients by developing medications for substance use disorders and mental illnesses.
They are on the search for a HR Coordinator to provide essential HR and administrative support, coordinate and manage training events, and assist in implementing HR projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handling new hires, leavers, and changes within and outside Workday.
- Organising and facilitating company inductions.
- Compile and finalise monthly payroll, managing the payroll and benefits supplier relationship.
- Manage long-term sickness, absences, and family-related leave processes (e.g., maternity, paternity) within Workday.
- Generate and analyse HR reports.
- Create various documents such as references, contract changes, and awards.
- Manage benefits platform enrolments and terminations.
- Create purchase orders and reconcile invoices.
You will bring the following:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Coordinator/Administrative/Generalist role
- Experience in corporate life sciences/pharmaceuticals industry
