BioTalent are partnering with TOWER Cold Chain Solutions to find an ambitious Customer Service Representative to join their Customer Services team.

Salary - $40,000 annual salary

This role will offer you

• A role within a company in a hyper growth period where you will enjoy working in a rapidly evolving environment contributing to customer success

• To work in brand-new office space with state-of-the-art new labs and warehouse

• To be the voice of their business, helping customers with their queries and you will be responsible for shaping our customers experience with them

• Exposure to senior upper management working closely with sales and cross-functionally to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively

You will be responsible for

• Managing and building strong relationships with key customers and clients

• Administrating surrveys to ensure customers are satisfied with the services and products

• Working closely with the sales team - Sharing leads and further sales opportunities to help expand business with key clients

• Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively

• Managing and processing sales orders and invoicing

• Working closely with Sales and Customer Account Manager’s (CAM) to ensure best customer service

You will bring the following

• Experience working within customer service

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong work ethic
