Introduction

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with a Larne based blood and cell therapy company who develop innovative health care solutions

You will be responsible for:

• Implementing control system delivery projects and control schemes including IQ and OQ
• Assisting with root cause analysis studies and actions
• Implementing electrical maintenance requirements and total preventative maintenance
• Understanding production OEE and drive strategies for continuous improvement
• Monitoring the control systems and learning new control arrangements

You will bring:

• Experience in the medical devices or pharmaceutical sector or a similarly regulated sector.
• Experience with capital projects involving controls or automation
• PLC Software platforms experience with Allen Bradley CompactLogix & ControlLogix and Siemens Step Logic, Additionally Horner
• SCADA/HMI platform experience with WonderWare (system platform and historian, InTouch), Rockwell FactoryTalk and RSView, Siemens WinCC
• Vision Inspection & Vision-guided motion (Cognex VisionPro/InSight or Keyence)
• Experience with automation manual processes
