We are representing a rapidly expanding clinical research organisation that is seeking an experienced Contract Talent Partner to support its continued growth. This is a remote role with a preference for candidates based on the East Coast to align with team operations.
The Opportunity
As a Talent Partner, you will play a key role in scaling teams across clinical, operational, and corporate functions. Youโll act as a strategic recruitment partner to hiring managers, driving full-cycle recruitment from role scoping through to offer acceptance.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles in clinical operations, site management, and support functions.

Use creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent.

Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.

Provide market insights, hiring metrics, and recommendations to leadership.
About You

Proven experience as an in-house or agency recruiter, ideally within life sciences, biotech, or clinical research.

Strong track record of filling roles across multiple functions and levels.

Excellent sourcing skills, with the ability to attract both active and passive candidates.

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative approach to stakeholders.

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting; preference for East Coast time zone alignment.
