Complaint Handling Specialist (Contract)

📍 Remote (U.S. Based)

⏱ Contract | 3 Months | Full-Time

📅 Start Date: October 13, 2025

 

Schedule: 8am–5pm workday, aligned with your local time zone after training

 

We are seeking multiple Complaint Handling Specialists to support a high-volume, time-sensitive project involving the remedial filing of a high volume of product complaints. This project follows updated regulatory guidance, and you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with FDA requirements.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Review and reprocess existing complaint records to determine reportability
  • Apply knowledge of MDR (Medical Device Reporting) and complaint handling processes
  • Work efficiently within complaint management and IT systems to process cases quickly and accurately
  • Collaborate with project leads and team members to meet deadlines and quality standards

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in complaint handling within a regulated environment (medical device or pharma preferred)
  • Solid understanding of MDRs and complaint processes
  • Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently
  • Positive attitude, persistence, and commitment to seeing tasks through

Contract Details

  • Full-time contract (~40 hrs/week)
