We have an exclusive Quality Manager - External Supply vacancy available for a well-respected global pharmaceutical company.

This is a remote role with up to 20% travel to CMOs across Greece and Europe.

You will take complete ownership for supplier quality by establishing and enforcing quality standards being the main point of contact liaising with local and EU CMOs. On top of this you will provide leadership to the site driving continuous improvements.

• To sit on the senior leadership team liaising with key quality members as well as other cross-functional internal and external stakeholders

• Basic salary circa €90,000 (Flexible depending on experience)

You will be responsible for

• Ensuring external Product Suppliers remain compliant with expected and agreed quality standards
• Acting as the key point of contact with local and European CMOs to ensure on-time supply of medicines to patients globally whilst adhering to quality, regulatory, supply chain requirements
• Performing CMO quality audits, managing investigations and non-conformances and implement successful CAPAs to drive continuous improvements
• Managing quality technical agreements

You will bring the following

• Excellent Quality experience with minimum 10 years of experience in regulated Pharma companies
• Experience with external quality and CMO management
• Experience working with sterile product regulations is a must
• GxP QMS experience - EU GMP, FDA, MHRA and other health authority inspections
• Ability to work from home, and travel to the CMOs (10-20% travel)
• BSc or MSc in a relevant Life Sciences subject
