Role Details:
- Develop and implement the local brand plan in line with Regional and Global marketing strategies.
- Lead the creation and execution of customer-centric omnichannel engagement plans, enhancing enablement and distribution.
- Design and oversee a portfolio of campaigns and digital solutions for healthcare professionals (HCPs) to support the brand strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product positioning, messaging, and account plans.
- Partner with the Business Insights Manager to identify areas for enhanced insights, support decision-making, monitor performance, and continuously improve user journeys.
- Develop and deploy optimal digital and non-digital solutions based on customer preferences.
- Ensure all marketing activities adhere to compliance policies, codes, and standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A primary degree, preferably in a business or science-related field, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Pharmaceutical Sales/Marketing.
- Experience in oncology is preferred.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing.
- Proven success in implementing impactful omnichannel initiatives and customer journeys.
- Ability to translate scientific data into clear and concise promotional messaging.
- Strong relationship-building skills with scientific leaders.
- Excellent collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment, coupled with a "can do" attitude.
- Proactive, hands-on approach and strong accountability.
- Exceptional communication skills.
