Brand Manager - Oncology
Our client, a global leader dedicated to advancing healthcare by discovering, developing, and delivering innovative standards of care.

Role Details:
  • Develop and implement the local brand plan in line with Regional and Global marketing strategies.
  • Lead the creation and execution of customer-centric omnichannel engagement plans, enhancing enablement and distribution.
  • Design and oversee a portfolio of campaigns and digital solutions for healthcare professionals (HCPs) to support the brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product positioning, messaging, and account plans.
  • Partner with the Business Insights Manager to identify areas for enhanced insights, support decision-making, monitor performance, and continuously improve user journeys.
  • Develop and deploy optimal digital and non-digital solutions based on customer preferences.
  • Ensure all marketing activities adhere to compliance policies, codes, and standards.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • A primary degree, preferably in a business or science-related field, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Pharmaceutical Sales/Marketing.
  • Experience in oncology is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing.
  • Proven success in implementing impactful omnichannel initiatives and customer journeys.
  • Ability to translate scientific data into clear and concise promotional messaging.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with scientific leaders.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment, coupled with a "can do" attitude.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach and strong accountability.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
