We have been tasked with finding an SAP Data Manager who will be responsible for leading the data management unit through all master data management best practises, collaborating with various stakeholders across the site as the main point of contact and will contribute to department strategy, approach, team training and much more.
You will be responsible for:
- Management of the ERP Process/Data Management unit - development and maintenance of part codes in SAP (Material Master), creation and modifications of BOMs, recipes, resources, COA profiles, inspection plans and characteristics in SAP.
- SOP compliance with BDPs, relating to new part setup, BOM, recipes, etc.
- Cost calculations - collaborating with the evaluation team to assess new customer requests.
- Act as the main coordinator for business global ERP master data issues, projects and changes.
- Master Data project management - collaborating with stakeholders to ensure milestones are hit.
- Design, monitor and deploy data management policies.
- Champion data quality and accuracy through analysis, validation and auditing activities.
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to measure operational performance (PvA), altering and optimising BOMs, recipes, etc. accordingly in the SAP system.
- Supervise and mentor team members in global strategies and procedures.
- Degree in Data Management, Supply Chain Business Management or a related field.
- Professional fluency in English and French.
- Strong SAP Master Data experience within a manufacturing environment - Material/Vendor/Customer Master, BOM, Routing, Production, Quality, etc.
- Approximately 2 years of experience leading a team.
- Track record of designing business processes that manage data through the lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills - able to define metrics (KPI’s) and identify potential issues via route cause analysis.
- Computer skills - SAP ECC, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Business Intelligence systems to extract data and generate reports.
- Desirable - Experience with S4 HANA & IBP.
