Safety Physician - Oncology - BioTech - Relocation paid - Full time permanent
BioTalent is collaborating with a world renowned Frankfurt based biotech to appoint a Safety Physician in their Oncology therapy area. As a safety medical expert you are responsible for safety monitoring, risk management and signal management activities.Applicants will have a valid UK or EU passport (sponsorship is not offered). Relocation allowance value will be awarded on individual circumstance and origin location relocating to Frankfurt area.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Clinical Safety tasks on individual clinical trial level
- Provide medical input to the writing and approval of safety sections of clinical trial documents + provide safety updates
- Primary point of contact for the Clinical Safety Managers, Medical Monitors etc
- Oversee the benefit-risk profile of assigned products
Requirements
- Medical Degree
- Specialist training in oncology / immuno-oncology / haemato-oncology) GMC or Board certification is a bonus
- Experience in clinical trials / development / medical safety in the field of immuno- oncology/cellular therapies
- Experience with data input/tracking/systems
- Knowledge of GCP and global clinical safety regulations
- Experience with SAE assessments, SUSAR reporting, signal management safety writing etc
- Fluent English, written and spoken. German language would be a bonus
