Quality Inspector

Summary
Ensure products meet internal and external specifications through inspections, testing, batch release, and records management. Responsible for first article inspection, 3D CMM programming/use, and calibration activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspections on finished goods, components, and materials; record and report results.

• Compare findings to specifications and document nonconformances.

• Support batch release by auditing records and maintaining documentation.

• Conduct first article inspections and prepare reports.

• Act as subject matter expert for CMM and other inspection equipment.

• Ensure proper disposition of defective products and recommend corrective actions.

• Support quality systems (NCR, CAPA, audits) and provide training as needed.

Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience in a quality or inspection role, preferably in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing.

• High school/secondary education or equivalent.

• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills.

• Flexible, independent, and quality-focused mindset.
