BioTalent is pleased to support a biotechnology company developing a new generation of antibody drug conjugates, searching for a project leader with excellent drug discovery and development experience within the ADC space. You will be managing the company's lead programme including target selection, payload and linker choice, in vitro and in vivo studies, etc. This is an excellent opportunity to be an innovative and strategic leader within an exciting start up.

You will be responsible for

• Design, present and execute ADC programmes.
• Evaluate and define key aspects of the programmes including targets, binding properties, payload, and functionality.
• Plan and budget discovery and preclinical activities.
• Contribute to assay development and technology improvements.
• Work collaboratively with other scientists to ensure project milestones are met.
• Generate, analyse and present data to the leadership team and external stakeholders.
• Motivate and help colleagues to realise their full potential.

You will bring the following

• PhD in Biology, Pharmacology, Cell Biology or any related discipline.
• Strong experience in ADC discovery and development.
• Excellent project leadership skills.
• Experience with IND work packages would be desirable.
