BioTalent is collaborating with a global leader in pharmaceutical services and looking to appoint a Medical Affairs Manager, which is essential in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and compliance of promotional and non-promotional materials, aligning with local and European regulatory standards.

The role serves as an SME for Medical Affairs and the individual will be assigned clients & products to act as a the scientific responsible person for Germany, adhering to all applicable codes of practice.

As an appointed IB (Informationdbeauftragter), the individual must take responsibility for providing all required scientific information about a medicinal product, ensure all labelling and package insert information complies with the MA.

Requirements

• The individual will possess knowledge of national case law, the Law on Advertising in the Health Sector, the Law on the Trade in Medicine Products, and the Act against Unfair Competition.
• A few years working as Medical Reviewer/as an appointed Information Officer within a Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Life Science Consultancy
• Fully qualified Pharmacist of Medical Doctor
• Experience with Medical Affairs / Medical Information and Medical Review
• Systems (e.g. VeevaVault)
• Fluency in German and English
