You will be responsible for

• Providing both day to day management of all activities but also driving and shaping the science of our antibody discovery and protein sciences activity across projects.
• Hands on contribution to project activities including managing resourcing, defining and managing the execution of work plans and delivery in terms of timelines and quality / rigour for work packages.
• Development and implementation of new technologies to stay at the forefront of antibody discovery.
• Actively contributing to a vibrant and innovative working environment where improvements and new ideas are adopted and freely shared among the teams.

You will bring the following

• Degree or PhD in a relevant field along with experience working in the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Prior experience leading projects and teams in antibody discovery is essential.
• Strong understanding of antibody expression, with a particular focus on the expression of bispecific antibodies supported by technical knowledge of the molecular biology required to generate antibody expression vectors.
