The purpose of the job is to provide support to the Maintenance team leaders in assess technician capability, organising up skilling training as well as ownership for all technician curriculums.

The purpose of the job is to provide support to the Maintenance team leaders in assess technician capability, organising up skilling training as well as ownership for all technician curriculums.
Your Responsibilities
- Being the Engineering SME for technician training
- Trending and monitoring line performance and correlations to gaps within Training.
- Develop multiple training programmes
- Deliver multiple training programmes
- Metrics on training and proficiency.
- Lead and execute cross functional improvement projects.
- Trade Qualified and certified training qualification or relevant 3rd level qualification.
- 5 years + experience working within a Process environment specifically in a maintenance function.
