We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Director of Statistics! Where you will be leading, supporting and overseeing company-wide stakeholders with your statistical know-how, providing input into the design of clinical trials, championing vendor management, business representation and much more.
You will be responsible for:
- Spearheading various aspects of statistical support throughout the business.
- Overseeing statistical powering and making recommendations that will contribute to the design of clinical trials.
- Identifying potential bottlenecks for clinical development programs/trials, offering your statistical expertise to said issues as needed.
- Conducting statistical reviews on company protocols, case report forms, study reports, TLFs, investigator brochures, scientific publications and research studies.
- Act as a primary commissioner for the development of Statistical Analysis Plans and associated protocols.
- Contributing to randomisation and blinding procedures.
- Evaluating relevant statistical outcomes during animal and research studies.
- Reviewing/approving trends in manufacturing reports (e.g. stability studies)
- Assessing qualification experiments and toxicology assessments as needed.
- Acting as business representative during investigator meetings and global conferences/ presentations.
- Supporting with data transfer agreements (primarily relating to immunological readouts)
- Offering advice into specimen tracking and blinding activities.
- QA support in terms of statistical compliance.
You will bring the following:
- MSc or PhD in Statistics and a minimum of 15 years of commercial experience.
- Fluency in SAS and relevant regulatory filing systems.
- Familiarity with prophylactic vaccines and/or immune-oncology trial design and toxicology studies.
