I am on the search for a Project Cost Controller to join an established consultancy based in London or Birmingham.

You will be responsible for their world leading Life Science clients managing costs and budgets of construction projects in a manufacturing/Life Sciences environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing costs and budgets across construction projects, ensuring their seamless execution from inception to project closeout.
• Collaborate closely with Business Unit Directors
• Contribute to the management of Project Controls Profit and Loss
• Meeting and exceeding customer expectations in cost management deliverables
• Lead bid preparation for services
• Manage service delivery with profitability as a core focus

You will bring the following:

• A solid foundation in cost estimating and planning within the Life Science industry
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, financial acumen, and numerical management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot tables, Vlookup, Index, Match, Sumifs, and Countifs
• MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent professional qualification
