6 month hybrid working contract in small pharmaceuticals - Outside IR35
BioTalent is a partnered with an innovative small size pharma company to bring on a contract 'Clinical Research Physician' to support current and upcoming early phase clinical trails. The therapy areas that the company has worked in include oncology, haematology, emergency care, anaesthesiology, orphan indication to name a few - therefore a broad exposure to clinical trials would be advantageous.
The team is small, cross functional and has a great family feel. Someone with a people first mentality/personality would fit in well.

Flexible/hybrid working (site based in West London) 2-3 days onsite preferred

Requirements:
Medically qualified with valid authorisation to practice medicine. GMC is an advantage
3+ years in pharma/biotech clinical trials with wide cross functional understanding and application of role, responsibility and rolling up sleeves to get the work completed
Experience in design, strategy, implementation and execution of clinical trials
Working to high standards, autonomously, within scope of expertise (happy to ask for support and learn when needed)
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical/medical and operational support to assigned projects and personnel
This is a high visibility position with influence across the development teams
Clinical Development activities: Generate and maintain CDPs, timing, budget forecasts, approvals, ensure GDP, design, delivery, working to ICH requirements
