Introduction

This role will offer you:

• Leadership responsibilities  of  a small team who is working on method development and stability testing of drug substance and drug products for cell therapy.

You will be responsible for:

• Act as the analytical expert for flow cytometry, PCR and ELISA.
• Lead a team of analytical scientists including coaching, supervising, mentorship, development and career support.
• In this role you will be responsible for development of the strategy, development and qualification of analytical testing methodologies such as Flow Cytometry, PCR and ELISA.
• You will prepare, review and revise GMP documentation.
• You will lead internal and external method transfers.

You will bring the following:

• A degree in Biotechnology or similar related discipline along with significant experience in industry.
• Experience working in analytical development within an Biotech and Biopharma. Cell therapy expertise is advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills.
