Agile Coach / Scrum Master
BioTalent are excited to continue our partnership with a global pharmaceutical company, who are looking for a qualified Agile Coach & Scrum Master to join them on a permanent basis at their Headquarters in Munich.
The opportunity will support the organisation as they accelerate their digital solutions across the European side of the business. As such, they require a technically astute individual who is a keen collaborator and facilitator; someone who champions change, is able to confidently deliver on the transformation and can act as a catalyst in delivering best-in-class customer services.
The newly created team that this role will work closely with are on a mission to get the most they can out of data. This position will therefore work with project teams in the analysis of current systems and processes as they adopt best practices relating to Agile. You will ensure that the team stays on track with agile techniques and will guide them through leading workshops as they fine-tune their approaches.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Coach senior management in agile practices to ensure adoption of best practices from top-down
Effectively communicate agile principles, scrum practices and overall operating model across the organization and in product teams
Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures across teams
Undertake daily follow-ups with individual team members to ensure projects are on track and goals are being met and conduct all SCRUM meetings
Keep an objective perspective on issues and troubleshoots by applying agile principles
Hold stand-up meetings with cross-functional teams to review project status
Support teams in determining the resource allocation to maintain agile practices and ensure smooth project delivery
Personal Skills & Professional Experience:
University degree
Agile / Scrum qualification with substantial experience in a practical setting
Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe)
Experience of leading on or playing a key role in transformations
Can showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments
Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity
Enthusiasm for the development in a company living the start-up spirit
Experience with international and multicultural teams
Fluent proficiency in English
Previous work experience within the eHealth and/or digital healthcare sector and/or data science
Written and/or verbal communication skills in German
Experience in product management
