Introduction

My client is a world leading healthcare company who manufacturer many of the medicinal products you probably have in your medicine cabinet. They aim to positively impact the healthcare of billions of people and they are looking for a QC equipment validation lead to join them.

The role will off you:

You will be responsible for:

• Manage a team of capital project engineers, equipment validation personnel and other department support staff
• Accountable for updating the financial performance of the capital portfolio
• Compiling of the capital approval documentation to ensure that these are to a very high standard
• Ownership for the site Facility Investment Plan.
• SME for Construction and associated standards.

You will bring the following:

• Engineering degree to Level 8
• 10+ years of experience of working in an FMCH or GMP
• 5+ years leading a team
• Experience of delivering capital projects
• Demonstrated knowledge of engineering standards and statutory requirements for plant, machinery and workplaces
• Experience of leading and managing multi skilled technicians and support engineers in the manufacturing environment
