Job description

We are currently supporting the recruitment for a Total Rewards Analyst to join a global pharmaceutical company committed to delivering market leading healthcare to their patients.

 

This is a contract role until the end of March 2023.

 

This role will offer you

You will be responsible for

  • Managing day-to-day benefits operations ensuring effective running of all local & global benefit plans

  • Ensuring effective service delivery and efficiency within HR Operations for benefits delivery

  • Managing external stakeholder and vendor relationships

  • Managing internal stakeholders e.g. Payroll, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and COEs to meet all deliverables

  • Driving continuous improvements and process development to provide optimal experience for employees

  • Supporting the harmonisation of benefits following from company acquisition

 

You will bring the following:

  • Previous experience within a rewards role

  • A passion for process!

  • Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong benefits experience

  • Experience with international benefits is a plus

  • Experience with company acquisitions is a plus
