Senior Medical Affairs Executive
Contract length: 9 months FTC
BioTalent is currently supporting a leading European specialist pharmaceutical company on their search for a Medical Affairs Executive.
The Medical Affair Executive would join their Medical Affairs team and provide scientific support to their Business Units and Development function.
You will be responsible for
Collaborate with the Medical Advisor by creating and reviewing materials to ensure scientific accuracy and code compliance
Write and/or review materials such as SRDs or DOFs
Create training material
Provide responses to medical enquiries which could come from affiliates, external customers or partners
Provide literature search support for assigned products.
Prepare material for international congress medical activities
Prepare the report on international congress medical activities
Act on behalf of the company’s legal entities such as inspections/audits, etc.
Produce materials with a high degree of medical content, alongside the Business Unit Marketing team
Represent Medical Affairs at Brand team meetings
Deliver medical initiatives such as KOL insight forum, KOL engagement or symposia, alongside the Medical Advisor.
Contribute to the creation, update and approved of the Standard Response Documents, together with other Central Medical reference materials.
You will bring the following
At least 3 years of experience working in a medical affairs role, in a pharmaceutical company
Life sciences degree
Knowledge of ABPI code of practice
Great presentation skills – experience of presenting scientific information
Experience identifying adverse events
