As part of their rapidly expanding team, they have an opportunity available for an experienced Senior Manager for Regional Business Development (DACH)

Your Role:
  • Drive sales and exceed targets.
  • Prospect and engage new clients.
  • Develop and execute market strategies.
  • Represent us at events and webinars.
  • Utilize internal and external contacts.
  • Collaborate with operational teams.
  • Identify emerging business opportunities.
  • Use SalesForce.com daily.
  • Assess market trends for cross-selling.

Your Profile:
  • 5+ years in BD/Sales in BioPharma, Pharma, Medical Device, or related industries.
  • Proven sales track record as both a hunter and farmer.
  • Excellent client presentation skills.
  • Fluent in German (native/business level) and English.
  • Right to work in Germany.
  • Autonomous, hardworking, and collaborative.
  • Willing to travel within Germany and occasionally to Switzerland and Austria.
  • Strong commercial experience required.
