Introduction

My client is a world leading healthcare company who manufacturer many of the medicinal products you probably have in your medicine cabinet. They aim to positively impact the healthcare of billions of people and they are looking for a QC equipment validation lead to join them.

You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the efficient operation of the QC team
• Managing training and development plans for direct reports
• Responsible for IQ/OQ/PQ of new equipment, equipment replacement strategy and data integrity reports for the QC equipment
• Management of external contractors
• Be the focal point of problem solving for the QC team
• Preparation and approval of SOPs, Monographs, Protocols etc.
• Review of completed validation reports prior to OQ approval

You will bring the following:

• Degree in chemistry or a related scientific field
• 3 years in the pharma/healthcare industry as an analyst
• Previous experience with supervising a team
• Understanding of quality systems and regulatory requirements for Medical devices and Medicinal products
