QA Manager – Poland – Competitive Package

I am currently partnered with a global and established CRO that is looking to recruit a QA Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

If you have experience with GCP audits, process improvement and SOP implementation, please do not hesitate to get in touch!

Please note – to be eligible for this position you must be based in Poland.
You will be responsible for:

Effectively executing, overseeing, and sustaining the operations of a small team of Clinical/GCP auditors based in the EMEA region.
Coach, develop and upskill your team of quality professionals.
Management of the businesses quality systems, ensuring compliance across SOPs and study protocols.

You will bring the following:

Conducting audits within a GCP environment.
Leadership and management experience.
Well versed in CAPA management.
