QA Manager – Poland – Competitive Package

I am currently partnered with a global and established CRO that is looking to recruit a QA Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
 
If you have experience with GCP audits, process improvement and SOP implementation, please do not hesitate to get in touch!

Please note – to be eligible for this position you must be based in Poland.
You will be responsible for:
  • Effectively executing, overseeing, and sustaining the operations of a small team of Clinical/GCP auditors based in the EMEA region.
  • Coach, develop and upskill your team of quality professionals.
  • Management of the businesses quality systems, ensuring compliance across SOPs and study protocols.
You will bring the following:
  • Conducting audits within a GCP environment.
  • Leadership and management experience.
  • Well versed in CAPA management.
