You will be Responsible for:

Develop and refine precision assembly/manufacturing equipment designs
Lead multiple projects, providing estimates and overseeing capital projects
Spearhead Continuous Improvement Activities to optimise efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors
Supervise the start-up, debugging, and commissioning of new manufacturing processes
Effectively manage equipment and product life cycles to meet evolving demands
Offer technical support and ensure compliance with FDA Design Control standards

You will bring the following:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Strong Engineering/Manufacturing experience in FDA manufacturing environment
Proficiency in automation controls, control systems, PLCs, HMI's, and vision inspection systems
Experience with design software (AutoCAD, Solid Works)
Injection molding experience is beneficial
